OC LORE BELOW AND INFO

I have two universes for my OCs, distinctly separated by the ones that look more like animals/magic based creatures, and humans

The Anima

The Anima are human-like animals and creatures who have adapted to their unique planet and climate. They are stronger and more intelligent than regular animals, they refer to their ancestors as "Ferals" and think highly of them. The Anima and Ferals live together.

My OCs mainly live in their unnamed continent, located in the middle of the planet, with various climates to suit each species.
The two main locations the story is set in are Hekoita and the Masked Kingdom.


Hekoita
A more modern and technologically advanced city regarding tech and society compared to its neighbor, the more traditional Masked Kingdom.
Hekoita is mainly suited for nocturnal Anima. Everything in it is artificial, including its beaches and forests. It was created to be a comfortable environment and for the sole purpose of serving night-time creatures. Though this does not prevent day-time creatures from living there and thriving.

The Deninfire Mafia

This mafia almost rules Hekoita's underground crime scene, and is responsible for many illegal activity and damage in the city. It is run by one person, whose identity is unknown. The mafia preys on young, vulnerable and money insecure teens and young people, to recruit them and use them until they are of no use to the mafia.

Hekoitan Heroes
Also known as HoneyBEE. A privately owned group who hire professionally trained people to defend the streets of Hekoita. They do not work with law enforcement, but are endorsed by the Mayor and work ethically. Their main goal is to take down the Deninfire Mafia. as HoneyBEE's leader, Beatrice has personal grudges against the group. HoneyBEE makes this goal clear by supporting the cities youth and people financially and emotionally as well, and trying to reach the needy who are vulnerable to the Mafia's influences.

The Masked Kingdom

The Masked Kingdom is not like its more advanced neighbor, but its leader, the Noble, who rules over it, does not see a need to live so extravagantly.
It is a more traditional and somewhat conservative society, and has also made its own advancements in technology thanks to the students of its prestigious academy, the Masked Court. The students of the Masked Court are some of the smartest and most talented people in the land, who are invited to hone their skills and help their people. The Noble is the headmaster of this academy.

Heroes of Legend

TMK's own "HoneyBEE", has it's own set of heroes. However, they are more focused on worldy matters and leave the local crime and issues to their Noble. They have fought and exorcised rogue Demons, Angels, and many other deities who harm the planet. They are not hired, but chosen by prophecy.

Another Place: The Kingdom of Dragons

A matriarchal society, run by a fearless woman named Veronica LaFleur, who is also named the Mother of Dragons. Her own daughter is a hero of legend, and she does what she can to aid the planet, but is also very close to both the Mayor and the Noble. Her ancestors came from Earth, and were permitted to have their own area of land. So she is neutral towards the Anima, but amicable as well. Her kingdom has more "fantasy" based creatures based on Earthly legends and lore.

Humans

Sorry, this section is currently a WIP! I'll update as I develop the story.

Oh yeah! Plot, well each character has their own side story. But our protag and his story is our main focus!

Wilder Whitestone

Wilder is a teenage mute Anima, who has no memories of his past. All he knows is that he woke up injured on Nari Whitestone's doorstep, and that he must be under her care until the company she works for, HoneyBEE, has found his parents. He is also awakened to a Parasite Demon named Hex that lives within his body and mind, who claims to be his guardian. He attends Wickerstrike Academy, a HoneyBEE-based school in Hekoita and meets his future friends and allies.
However, when caught up in a scene with a secretly evil god, and mafia lackeys at his tail for a reason more sinister than recruitment, and his memories gone, he is suddenly thrown into a situation where he must find a way to stop the god, protect himself from Deninfire clutches, and learn about his vague past all to save his home.
